ROMANIAN DESIGN WEEK APPEARANCES

2018 // OK CENTER

The Tic-Tac-Toe game inspired them because it's simple, at hand, fun. It is good against "yawning" during a boring course, good for face to face socializing but is also used on the other side of the chair, to exemplify some mathematical concepts.

OK Center is a center for informal, friendly courses. OK Center, as amenity and space, is not just a location for classes: it is a place of anti-boredom and open to dialogue. Space speaks for itself, about the materials it is made of and about its connection to the world: installations are left to sight, raw building materials (concrete, plaster, wood) are left visible.
The user can touch, perhaps understand where the yellow pipe comes from and where it goes, find out where the wood furniture is brought and how much cost the bank he stays on. As space, we wanted a fluid, flowing and surprising place.

2017// Big Office
The office building represents a discreet and “shadowed” urban presence, located in a very amorphous cross road. Thus, the shelter become a mixture between expanded metallic sheets talking about “less shining”, huge windows and, finally, more vibration.

2017// Ogilvy & Matter offices Romania
The interior design aims to merge the branding vision of the Ogilvy & Mather company and its group companies with the specific constrains of a heritage building, challenging the space through the illumination colors and furniture.

2017// Paloma Office Building
The extreme conditions challenged the studio to turn the building inside out, thus all structure and evacuation routes are placed on the outside, creating a dynamic exoskeleton, with a different appearance from every angle.
