The Institute promovează industriile creative din România, urmărind să contribuie la modernizarea României. The Institute inițiază și organizează evenimente de 19 ani și a construit o comunitate ce reunește antreprenori, profesioniști și publicul industriilor creative din România.

Prin tot ceea ce face,  contribuie la construirea unei infrastructuri puternice pentru dezvoltarea antreprenoriatului creativ în țară, crește și diversifică audiența atelierelor, designerilor, micilor afaceri, agențiilor și manufacturilor, promovează antreprenorii și profesioniștii creativi pe plan național și internațional.

HISTORY
HIPPOS was founded back in 2005 as a digital agency. During its existence the business grew based on clients’ demand and became a full service agency. In 2015 HIPPOS just turned 10 years and brings forward a new agency structure, featuring two separate departments: Design and Advertising. From the very beginning, the agency’s mission was to deliver cutting-edge advertising work with awesome design. HIPPOS creates integrated campaigns with a strong foundation in Digital and Design, aiming to create natural meeting spaces for brands and consumers, resulting in long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. 

SPECIFIC
The current HIPPOS philosophy is consumer-centric, acknowledging that the information overflow caused by digitalization can create a real haze for people, and in this context, design is a critical benchmark for brands to be seen and appreciated.
Looking into the future of communication, HIPPOS future will be defined by this statement: Content is King, Design is God.

2015 // OPEN
For the 15th edition of the Open Festival, held in Venice during the Venice Cinema Festival and the Architecture Biennale (August 30 – September 30, 2012), HIPPOS created the entire branding and visual materials, under the concept of shouting for art, and also an art intervention for the vernisage of the event. The idea came as a direct reference to culture being less and less felt in modern life, so HIPPOS developed it into an international manifesto-installation. 

2015 // RIB
Romanian International Bank asked HIPPOS to promote their exchange and deposit services through a series of appealing campaigns in order to gain market share and increase awareness for the brand. HIPPOS rose to the challenge with 3 user-centric, innovative campaigns founded on solid consumer insights.

2104 // Nestle
Nestlé asked HIPPOS to develop the communication strategy nestlebaby.ro and their Facebook page, and adapting an international campaign. HIPPOS came up with a series of efficient solutions backed by a creative approach. The Nestlé baby club page was redesigned with clean, appealing elements, user friendly features and high quality content. On Facebook, in only 3 months the ER increased from 0,2% to 1,11%, FB page fans increased by 5000 and Social Bakers placed Nestle Baby in the top 3 Romanian brands.
 
2014 // Regalina
Regalina is a local egg farm from Rasnov, with an impressive growth rate. HIPPOS came up with the brand strategy & design, as well as consistent online solutions in order to sustain Regalina's business objectives. The agency created a brand story inspired from the medieval lifestyle and the Rasnov citadel, in order to establish an emotional bond between the brand and the consumers. The well-crafted executions tell the story of a traditionally rooted product with a modern approach. [Executions for showcase here: 
 
2014 // Hyundai
The mission was to develop a year-round social media strategy & integrate HYUNDAI’s New Thinking. New Possibilities concept. The social media strategy was fired from one phrase based on the core idea of the new HYUNDAI positioning. Every bold word of the phrase represented the main theme of a month, all of the themes being connected. Thus, a discursive and coherent online brand communication was presented, enabling the brand to gain field in the mind of the HYUNDAI potential or existing customer.
